Blackfins on the Troll
Report Date: February 18, 2016
We fished several days during the Miami Boat show week. Conditions were picture perfect with a good north current, lively baits suspended from the kite, and on the riggers, but just no action. We made the decision to switch our fishing tactics to trolling, and the bite was on. Both parties appreciated bending the rods. The catch was a few decent sized blackfin tunas and some summer time swirl backed bonitas. The blackfins definitely did not go to waste and the other bonitas have been stripped down for bait.
We have plenty of dates open so call or email.
