A Taste of Summer in MiamiReport Date: March 3, 2017It's a taste of summer fishing in Miami during winter. While plenty of the country has been snowed in, the weather in Miami has been warm and the bite has been spring like. Several trips were spent trolling offshore capturing some wahoo and mahi-mahi, as well as some blackfin tunas. On other trips, the crew deep-dropped for tilefish and captured a few larger bonitas on the troll back to the dock.
This weekend promises the first northeast wind of March, which might wake-up the sailfish bite. We have plenty of days open during spring break, so call or email, and we will be glad to get you on the ocean. Captain John Barker
